TAKE A BATH.

Baths feel luxurious and seductive, but did you know they also can be good for your health?  Adding a cup of Epsom salts adds minerals to the bath water, which your body can absorb through the skin.  Epsom salts also have detoxifying properties, helping to draw toxins out of your system, so your doing something that's healthy as well as relaxing.

The next time you feel guilty about taking a bath when there's so much other work to be done, remind yourself that it's not just a chance for you to relax, but also an opportunity for you to take care of your health.
